Vendors

Important information for vendors doing business in the neighborhood.

Vendors working for homeowners:

Homeowners are required to submit an ACC request including detailed drawings and material specifications.  Please provide the homeowner with as much information as possible.  You may also want to review the CC&Rs for the project address to make sure your proposal is in compliance and will be approved.

Vendors working for the Association:

Prior to beginning any work for the Association, vendors must provide a W9.

If you will be doing any work on site, proof of insurance is also required. You will also be required to pay approximately $13 per month to VendorSmart for ongoing insurance verification.

NOTE: A worker's comp policy is not required for single-member LLCs in the state of Idaho.  If requested by VendorSmart, inform them it is not required in Idaho and our management company will process a waiver request through the Board.

Please email your W9 to boise@sentrymgt.com and you will be provided instructions for VendorSmart.
