We have recently seen quite a few “shed” or “outbuildings” being constructed that have not been approved by the Architectural Control Committee.  As a reminder, any shed or outbuilding needs to be approved by the ACC prior to starting any construction.

With rainy weather on the horizon, Ada County residents are urged to ensure nearby storm drains are clear to help prevent localized flooding.

Join us for our first annual Harvest Festival on October 26, from 1-3 p.m. at Tapestry Park.

We will be shutting off the Bristol Heights irrigation pumps on the evening of Sunday, October 6th.  Please make sure you have done your final irrigation watering before then.  

The Annual Bristol Heights Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 14th at 11:00 AM, at our Main Park on Tapestry.

For All Bristol Heights homeowners – and tenants too – your volunteer Board of Directors is pleased to announce two Town Hall Meetings.

Each a year we schedule a community-wide yard sale. The upcoming event is Saturday, June 15th. Start collecting your treasures and goodies now!

Several playgrounds are currently undergoing necessary repairs.

We are in final testing of our revitalized pump system and expect water to be available to all homeowners beginning Tuesday, April 30th by 10 AM.
